1. Acceptance of Terms

TringPhone is operated by Ramanujan Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Ramanujan Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing and using TringPhone's VoIP calling services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use TringPhone's services for personal or commercial communication purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal activities or spam
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the service to another person without authorization
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Billing and Payments

TringPhone operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits must be purchased before making calls
  • Credits are issued and accepted only by TringPhone, and can only be used for calls, messages and phone numbers on TringPhone
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another person or account, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for cash
  • A single purchase adds at most $500 of credit, and a purchase cannot take your balance above $1,000
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Auto top-up is optional. When you turn it on and save a card, you authorize us to charge that card for your chosen amount when your balance falls below your chosen threshold, at most once every 24 hours. You can turn it off at any time from Billing
  • Phone number subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown before purchase until you cancel
  • Unused credits do not expire

5. Service Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality VoIP services, we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Call quality affected by your internet connection
  • Compatibility with all devices or networks
  • Availability during maintenance periods

6. Emergency Services

IMPORTANT: TringPhone is not a replacement for traditional phone service and may not support emergency calls (911/112) in all locations.

You agree to maintain alternative means of communication for emergency services.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of TringPhone is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

TringPhone is for person-to-person calling and messaging. You agree not to use TringPhone for:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Telemarketing, cold calling campaigns, or any unsolicited marketing
  • Robocalls, auto-dialers, predictive dialers, or prerecorded or artificial voice calls
  • Bulk or automated SMS, including marketing campaigns and messages sent to purchased or scraped lists
  • Receiving verification codes or one-time passwords to create or verify accounts on other platforms
  • Calls, messages, or payments involving Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions, or any person on a sanctions list
  • Reselling TringPhone calling, credit, or phone numbers to others
  • Harassment, threats, or abuse
  • Fraudulent activities or identity theft
  • Any activity that violates local, state, or international laws

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TringPhone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
