Will my phone work?
Your phone needs eSIM support and must be unlocked by its carrier. On iPhone, if Settings shows Add eSIM under Cellular or Mobile Data, it supports eSIM.
When does my plan start?
On its first connection to a supported network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. Install it within 180 days of purchase.
Does it come with a phone number?
No. Plans are data only. Keep your usual SIM switched on for texts, or call any phone over data with TringPhone at the calling rates.
Which network will I use?
Each plan lists the networks it can join at your destination. Your phone connects to the one with the best signal where you are.
Is tax included?
Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
